Committee review
The Technical Steering Committee (TSC) has the task of reviewing initial Bumper Improvement Proposals (iBIPs) and ensuring they meet the required thresholds, and are sufficiently robust for a vote.
The TSC is comprised of key stakeholders, each of whom casts their vote via a multi-sig wallet.
When enough TSC members have voted to approve the inclusion of a proposal, then it is assigned a unique proposal ID number and automatically enters the warm-up period as a full Bumper Improvement Proposal (BIP). Should an iBIP not receive enough votes from the members of the TSC, the committee will provide comments relating to the reason for rejection. This may give the proposer the information they need to steer them towards a more well-formed proposal which can be resubmitted at a later time.
Once the TSC has approved an iBIP for inclusion, the Warmup Period begins.
