Voting period

Once the 4-day Warmup Period ends, the Voting Period begins automatically. During this time, any wallet which has vBUMP may vote on a proposal by selecting it in the 'proposals' section on the Bumper DAO dApp and clicking the appropriate button, either For or Against the proposal.

A user’s voting power is calculated as their vBUMP balance + delegated vBUMP at the timestamp/block at the point in time when voting begins. The current level of voting intention, along with the required threshold for reaching the quorum is displayed for users on the dApp.

Cancelling or Changing your vote

Users can cancel or change their vote at any time during the voting period and an altered vote will have the same voting power as the earlier vote.
